After you purchase V60 5G through formal sales channels in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and India, you can enjoy warranty services in any of the vivo authorized service centers in the above regions. Cross-regional equipment return, and exchange services are not supported. Other services shall be subject to the actual situation of the service locations.
2. 4-Year Free Battery Replacement: Purchase the V60 5G before Dec 31st 2025, to qualify for a free battery replacement if the battery health drops below 80% within 4 years.
3. Value-added services (One time screen replacement) within 6 months are only valid in the country of purchase.
